Ilient Ltd, a helpdesk software solutions provider, announced yesterday the latest extension to its flagship product, SysAid IT. The new solution, SysAid CSS (Customer Service and Support) is a SaaS-based solution “designed to address customer relationship management (CRM) operations” of small and mid-size businesses (SMBs) looking to secure and grow customer loyalty.
According to the news release,
